Mr, Griffin,
I received the letter in regard to the piece of property on Sandy lake road for permanent right of way.
Let me start by saying that this land belonged to my Mother. She tried for 15 years to try and find out where this
property was located for sure. She could never get anyone to help her. All she ever got was a tax statement at
the end of the year.
Other than that no one seemed to know anything. My Mother died 3 years ago still not knowing what she owned
as it was given to her. Now that coppell needs the land ya'll seemed to know all about it. The last account she
had we were told that Verizon had built on part of it. Although you say it is appraised at $1,500.00 I would like to
get it appraised myself now that you provided me with a map of where it is.
I will get back to you when that is done.
