Mr. White,
Thank you for your quick response to our letter concerning your property here in Coppell. I'm sorry that your mother was never
able to find out where the property was. To be honest, we didn't know where it was until we started the design of this project, and
realized that there was a parcel there that nobody seemed to know about.
You are more than welcome to have your own appraisal done. If your appraiser has any questions, please pass my name and
phone number along to them. The appraisal that we used was based on the Dallas Central Appraisal District, and can be found
here: http://www.dallascad.org/AcctDetailCom.aspx?ID=65069466510150000
Once you have completed your appraisal, please contact me to discuss how we can come to an agreement to purchase the land
needed to move forward with this important road improvement project.
Thank you.

Mr, Griffin,
I received the letter in regard to the piece of property on Sandy lake road for permanent right of way.
Let me start by saying that this land belonged to my Mother. She tried for 15 years to try and find out where this property was
located for sure. She could never get anyone to help her. All she ever got was a tax statement at the end of the year.
Other than that no one seemed to know anything. My Mother died 3 years ago still not knowing what she owned as it was given to
her. Now that coppell needs the land ya'll seemed to know all about it. The last account she had we were told that Verizon had built
on part of it. Although you say it is appraised at $1,500.00 I would like to get it appraised myself now that you provided me with a
map of where it is.
I will get back to you when that is done.
