He said he would check his schedule and get back with me next week. 7/16/09 — Mr. Anderson called and we set Wednesday July 22, 2009 at 10:OOam at his home for me to present the City's offer for his property needed for the reconstruction of Sandy Lake Road. 7/22/09 — Met with Mr. and Mrs. Anderson and presented them the City's offer for their property needed for the reconstruction of Sandy Lake Road. The Andersons had a concern with the new width needed off their property. Under the last information they had they were only having to give up approximately 9' to 10'. They weren't happy with the 26' to 28' width. Now they have proximity issues with the new right of way close to their house. Also having to loose so many trees, this served as a fence and noise barrier. They wanted to know if the offer amount included their sprinkler system they have in the acquisition area. They also requested to have the new row to be stacked so they can tell what they are loosing. They wanted to know did the design call for any noise wall. I told them I would see about getting their property stacked. Also I would get back with them in a couple of weeks to see where they were with the offer. 8/24/09 — Called the Andersons to let them know the survey party would be out tomorrow in the afternoon to stake their property. 9/14/09 — I had a follow -up call; no answer; left message. 9/23/09 — Follow up call on counter offer. Mrs. Anderson said her husband would be back this week. They are working on it and hope to have something next week. She requested a city fence code for Sandy Lake Road and cross sections along their property line. I told I would request and get them to her. 9/25/09 — I sent Mrs. Anderson the website provided by the City for the fence ordinance. 9/28/09 — I sent Mrs. Anderson the cross sections and plan profile sheets she requested.
