I spoke with Samantha Harper this morning concerning the Right of Way parcels we are acquiring for the
Sandy Lake Road project. She advised me that she thought you had been working compiling mortgage
information on the parcels for the purposes of securing a release of lien for the portion of land we are
buying. She also thought you may have been working with an attorney on some aspect of this.
We are working on finalizing a few of the parcels, and I wanted to see if you had in fact done some of that
work. If you have some of this information, please forward it to Samantha or I.
