Homeowners are not held to the City’s Tree Ordinance that governs builders and commercial property developers  The City will pay your Arborist fee of $189.44 for the estimate given. The City will not pay for any further expenses incurred without prior approval.  The City does not pay any landowners attorney fees. The related cost of the commissioners hearing is paid by the City if a filing has to occur  All your expenses eligible for reimbursement that was included in your outline as it relates to recording fees, transfer fees and similar expenses incidental to conveying the real property to the City will be paid by the City you will incur no closing cost related to the conveyance of your property to the City  Your penalty costs for prepayment for any preexisting recorded mortgage that through good faith encumbered the real property will not be paid by the City. Once we receive your landscaping estimates we will make a determination as to that allowance and resubmit to you the compensation we will offer you for your 2,257 sq. ft. needed for the widening of Sandy Lake Road.
