property. We were trying to schedule out tomorrow's work and wanted to
make sure you were okay with us proceeding. Please let me know as soon

Mr Mills - I am working with the City of Coppell regarding their
purchase of a Permanent Right Of Way on your property located at 250 W.
Sandy Lake. According to my title work there are two outstanding liens
on the property. One to Universal Mortgage Corporation and a second
home equity loan to Chase. If you have not already contacted your
lenders, you will need to do so and negotiate partial releases for the
right of way. If I can assist you in any way, please do not hesitate to
