The city has contracted with Wally Jones to perform the necessary appraisal
of your property. Wally will be contacting you directly to set up a time to
come and appraise your home. Once we have the completed report we will
assist you in completing the application for partial release from your
mortgage company.

response. This morning I gave him the name of two more appraisers. I am
certain that he will let you know who will be conducting the appraisal just

Also just a reminder- Chase Bank stated:
"Please note that the processing time for a Partial Release is approximately
6 - 8 Weeks from the receipt of a complete package".
US Bank did not give a processing time.
