My house needs to come down.
I discussed the movement because of flooding and the pier and beam engineering group said it
now would cost more than the value of the house...
so I cannot technically sell the house as is, it would not pass FHA inspection...
So please help me to understand this comment....
it would ruin this lot completely for another 30 ft set back from what the city wants today....
no place to place a home .... and an attorney needs to read and let me know that what I want is
reality for me or to whomever I may in the future sell the property to....
because instead of 20ft the city is really getting another 30ft.. .
they may as well buy the whole property, because it is technically RUINED by the flooding...

This looks good. We can insert this in the counter. What is the cost per foot for this fence? I will send you a plan
sheet showing the tie end of Oak Trail to Sandy Lake. Looking at your house it maybe far enough back to meet
the new set back. We need to measure from the new ROW to your house to get that distance.
The City will maintain the set back rule. You only get grandfathered if you stay with existing house or someone
buys the house they would be grandfathered. The only way would be to ask far variance from the City whenever
you build or your buyer as far the variance.

Please drive by 440 Leisure Lane and ESPECIALLY go to the back of the property to
see;
1. how the fence was built and notice the concrete footers
2. the electronic fence is like a pocket door ... that is what I want for the Sandy Lake Entrance
3. Rupert Keeping built his own fence and may work with me as a friend and I as the property
owner- on the 101 fence
As to the comps - you will need to get the city OK on the difference
As to the future build - I need the "language that guarantees me or another owner" the ability to
have no set backs for future build, as the property was greatly damaged with the flooding and slab
movement
As to the Oak Trail Entrance - is the city purchasing easement on the "frontage ", adding drainage,
and need better definitial
As to the refinance - if we are ready to go with the city, we may be able to close when the property
is refinanced...
Please advise your acknowledgement of the above.

This is the fence Mrs. Lawson will be proposing to use along Sandy Lake Road. At this time she has not give me
a cost per ft.
She has also mentioned some type of wrought iron for Oak Trail
Also have you had a chance to look at the last changes to our response to Mr. Mills?

the newly established property line on south side of subject property and to extend
