Subject: RE: Counter-101 Oak Trail Easement
Hello Keith and Ray,
I appreciate your patience. My mother is an ex hospice and geriatrics nurse of 28 years and just
underwent a bypass/transplant femoral artery at 77.
I just brought her home from the hospital and trying to make arrangements to have my brother
stay with her while I return to Coppell for business in the
next few weeks. When I do return, i plan to come to meet you Keith.
The 101 house has been my property for over 10 years (August 1998). It is currently being
refinanced and title closing will hopefully be by the end of November.
The information requested is to "show" to the investors for closing....so I have disclosed all of the
issues...because this easement really affects the value of the home, because
it will effect the value. It is very important that granting the easement will not affect future build
out of a new home and the fencing issue was discussed with Ray.
Timeliness in submitting the information is important. Ray, I hope to hear from you soon!
Thank you for your prompt response.
Respectfully,
Christina Lawson
