Hello Keith and Raymond,
As you know, I am still in Florida with my mother in her recuperation period and had hoped to return by
now.
I really do agree a sidewalk is needed as well as drainage on Sandy Lake Rd. This has been
scheduled for some years and the property has suffered from poor drainage.
It has been my desire to fence the property referenced to eliminate the high school kids
coming and going on the property at will and Ray and I discussed a fence agreement with the city.
Also, you may or may not know, but I am also arranging new financing on 101 Oak Trail.
The new lender would like to know the target date of closing on the easement (approximately)
as the easement specified by the city will be made a part of the closing contractual agreement, so
timing is everything.
Keith or Raymond, would you be able to write me a letter stating the timing of the Sandy Lake construction
and target closing date of the city of the easement. I realize it was ideally "my soonest" as Ray started this
year,
however, the lender needs this in writing so we can make the property available under the terms of the
financing.
We are trying for a closing on December 30th, 2009 and the easement may be able to be settled on the
same day
with tree replacement guidelines, fencing spec authorized, square foot agreed upon and agreement no
further setbacks for a spec build of the future.

The attorney to handle my review will be Drew Siegel, (hopefully)
Please advise your soonest with a formal letter advising of the city desire for a closing and construction
date. Thanks for your patience. Your immediate attention will help me certainly get this closed from a
distance. I have cc the attorney, the lenders on a blind copy of this email.
