Hello Keith and Mike,
Thank you for our recent meeting regarding the referenced property.
I did win in Dallas Civil Court on March 15 for the release of mechanic lien of the referenced property.
The judge will execute the order within 7 days after receipt by my attorney, Ken Harter.
After it is executed, a copy will go to title for recording. After this is lifted, the re-fi and easement should
go through.
I called Mike today to let him know I will be on travel unti the end of March and will then
have estimates and plan on the fencing to submit to him for;
1. permit;
2. variance.
