Just to recap the last meeting, I was to follow -up by seeking a fence building permit and then variance for the fence on the ROI property line (Sandy Lake) and to enclose the property for safety and security - from the Chief Building Official. The fence will be made up of wood along Sandy Lake and the rear of the property - panel on panel with caps on the top /bottom with a cement footer and wrought iron in the front, and a distance to not obscure traffic along Sandy Lake and north side of property. The West will have a panel on panel fencing (Mills /Lawson) boundary line. A majo issue is the trespassing and safety of the property with individuals, skate boarders, students, weekend joggers, bicycle riders, motorcyclist and auto vehicles "trespass" to cut the corner of Oak Trail and Sandy Lake - for no good reason. Furthermore, over $400 worth of water was stolen by water trucks working on Sandy Lake Road in the past. Also, I was to have a building request for property line on the existing site with no further set backs, and again, that was to be from the Chief Building Official. If we are to make a future elder home, it would need a P &Z decision. As to a landscape budget, I would like the city to OK a budget for fast growing Italian cypress trees to plant along Sandy Lake Road in the ROI outside of the fence line, a minimum of 6' (they will not survive well otherwise) tall and 8' apart. The property value proposed by the initial engineers representing the city for acquisition of the ROI is acceptable for the city purchase. As it is the goal of the city to expeditiously close this transaction -so also it is mine. The property has had flooding over the past ten years and the future goal would be to ideally develop a new home. The mechanic lien is being removed from the property so the refinance can go forward (Dallas civil judge order -Ken Harter Atty last week decision and should be filed in 10 days) and Stuart Title has replat the ROI to close the transaction. I also requested from the city to use my title company, therefore, Diana Carter's contact information is below. Keith, please call Diana and review the above. I would have met with you last week, but will be returning to Dallas in a week. file:HCADocuments and Settings \kmarvin \Local Settings \Temp \XPGrpWise \4BA77431City... 4/5/2010 Page 2 of 2 Diana Carter Stewart Title North Texas Division 3840 Hulen Street, Suite 100 Fort Worth, Texas 76107 817- 732 -5695 817- 738 -0856 fax Christina Lawson Elder, Veterans & Children Ho isin 7 - Programs King LP King Realty Group GP LLC King Capital Partners Fl :727- 391 -1121 Tx:214- 632 -6708 kinglp @hotmai kinglponline.com This message (including any attachments) is intended solely for the specific individual(s) or entity (ies) named above, and may contain legally privileged and confidential information.
