That will help with the security.   Mike, I have not put up the camera's yet, but neighbors, friends, relative which have witnessed the trespass on my property for years - are willing to execute affadavits notarized with two witness.   What really makes me crazy is that the public does not care if I am in the driveway, pulling out of my own garage....cars passing through as well as kids and ADULTS jogging, running, riding bicycles....and I have had my water stolen by workers on sandy lake road which backed up vehicles to fill their tanks...a neighbor who is an ex Dallas cop told me...I asked why he did not call the police and he thought I had given them permission...   I may not redo the house right away, but I would like the fencing completed prior to the construction beginning, therefore, everyone knows their boundaries and I will not have trespass by anyone..and suffer it much longer.  Fun to hear skate boarders at 2AM...or boom box cross throughs! I realize that Mike's decision is separate, but I am also thinking of the neighbors seeing the trees.  A metal fence makes sense.  The new home build will have the Cypress trees(like at the beginning of the driveway) around the fence inside perimeter - keeping the area country.  The home which will be built will probably be a refurb of the existing structure with a new foundation "lift" and additional sf....but not excessive build out.   I sure hope that Mike keeps his job...lol...easy to talk to...   Talk to you soon! If some of the trees are within the fenced area, we will need to access this area to do the removal. Once the removal is done all the franchise utilities (gas, power, phone, cable, etc.) will be doing their utility relocations. If any of these items fall within the new ROW inside the fence, they will need access as well. Our plan is to move the fence to its new location at the time of street construction which will be after the above listed activity. So to give a long answer to a short question, we will need access, but we will make every effort to advise you when those things are going to take place. > > I will personally let you know when the tree removal will take place.
