I have asked for the building permit which was approved no fewer than 5 times.
I had asked for the sign check to be sent, no fewer than 5 times.
Finally received the check, not the permit.

Atty Jerry Ware and Mike Messerly will work with Oncor, however,
where the poles will be located will in fact place the power lines on the property.

Dear Ms. Lawson,
I have attached a copy of the “Tree Trimming Agreement” for your review as discussed with you during our meeting
yesterday with Keith Marvin of the City of Coppell. Due to the Sandy Lake Road widening project, Oncor is forced to
relocate the existing power line to the new right of way as requested by the City of Coppell, In order to relocate the electric
line and maintain a safe clearance Oncor will need to trim the trees that are located on your property adjacent to the new right
of way line. This is necessary to protect the public, the contractors working to relocate the electric lines and the integrity of

the line that is currently providing service to your residence. It is not the intent of Oncor to cut any trees down, but to trim
away from the power line and in a way as to not harm the tree. I truly understand your concern for your trees, and Oncor will
take every precaution to protect your trees, but the road is being widened and we have no other choice but to move out of the
way.
I believe that you were previously given an Aerial Easement from Oncor’s representative to consider a 15-foot easement
area. The poles and wires being relocated will not be on your property. They will be in the new Sandy Lake Road right of
way. If you can agree to the Tree Trimming Agreement, Oncor will reduce the area needed to 10-foot instead of 15-foot.
Again, this 10-foot area is needed to maintain a safe clearance around the electric power line.
Please review and contact me at your earliest convenience. We need to keep this project moving forward. If you have any
further questions or concern from Oncor, please do not hesitate to contact myself or Richard Brewster at 214-486-4245.

TREE TRIMMING AGREEMENT
This Tree Trimming Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed this _____ day
of __________________________, 20__, (the “Effective Date”) by and between
_______________________________________ (hereafter called “Owner”,
whether one or more), and Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, a Delaware
limited liability company (hereafter “Oncor”). Owner and Oncor may hereinafter
be jointly referred to as the “Parties”.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of Ten and no/100 Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to Owner in hand paid by
Oncor, the receipt and adequacy of which are hereby expressly acknowledged,
the Parties agree as follows:
1. Oncor shall have the right to trim and remove trees and limbs, at its
sole cost and expense, located on, or overhanging, a portion of Owner’s property
located in __________ County, Texas (the “Property”) as more particularly
described on Exhibit A attached hereto. Oncor may remove any trees within the
area as shown on the drawing attached hereto as Exhibit A, as well as remove
any limbs or branches that overhang the Exhibit A area. Oncor shall have
access to the Strip by using existing rights-of-way, streets, roads, driveways,
and/or parking areas, together with the right of ingress and egress across the
Property and Owner’s adjacent properties for the purpose of and with the right to
trim and remove all trees, limbs and debris.
2. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and
shall continue for so long as Oncor maintains its power line and/or other facilities
running along the Property (the “Term”).
3. Oncor agrees to remove all trees, limbs and debris from the Strip and
the Property, at its sole cost and expense, resulting from the tree trimming
activity, and that such activity shall not be unreasonably disruptive of Owner’s
use of the Property.
4. Oncor assumes all risks and responsibilities for accidents, injuries, or
death resulting from injuries or damages to person or property occurring in, on, or
about the Property, as a result of Oncor’s activities contemplated under this
Agreement. Oncor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner and Owner’s
employees, agents, lessees, contractors, and assigns from any and all claims,
liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from, or
in connection with, the tree trimming activities contemplated by this Agreement.
5. Owner agrees that it will keep confidential and will not disclose to any
third party the amount of consideration paid by Oncor to Owner.
6. This Agreement shall be binding upon the assignees, successors, and
heirs of the parties.
