alpine is not family and will quote $40-50 a linear foot for the design, material...so that will not work.
Alpine scope of work and payment for $23 panels with metal poles for $1,300 defines who they are...
my brother used to have bonds and insurance, however, Martin's Mobile does not have the bonds/insurance the
city need to see...
he is currently working with a transporation company which contracts with city of lewisville...
I will ask the pastor at church sunday if he has someone which will allow us to work under their license...
thank you for your patience...

Christina,
I see two options for making this work.

The first option is the one I suggested yesterday, you approach Alpine Fence (low bidder) and present the plan
as you would like to see it done, and make up the difference between the $1,375 quote they gave me to replace
your fence along the new property line with like material.
The other option would be for you to provide a quote from a fence company that is lower than the Alpine quote
for the same scope of work. Perhaps you know of a company you can work with (perhaps providing labor, etc...)
to upgrade the quality to the level you are trying to reach.
In either case, the city would make full payment upon completion of the work.
Our desire is to see this work begin no later than December 1st.

Hi Keith,
Would you commit the $1500 (1100 plus the extra for 8') for eight foot fence to the Homeowner 50' "permit
build" with attached....and I would also get my L return to the house
The project would begin Nov 28th...I would like 40% down and my brother (who used to build spec homes) -
Kylun Martin and Michael Messerly - will
build a better fence form me...the city would pay the remainder on the completion and approval...the homeowner
insurance would be covering? Mike's neighbor builds fences and
will get the material at cost...
Please consider? call or email...
