As I have said before, city staff did help with the layout of the fence. I have verified the location myself. It is not
two feet into your property. I would be happy to meet your and/or Mr. Messerly on site to point out the property
corners.
You are welcome to hire any surveyor you want to survey your property at any time. This expense will of course
be yours to bear.

Hi, He was just there for lunch hour...
to check on the job. The mexican said
he was going to build two feet in and was
directed by Alpine. I told him to stay off
the property until a city official was present....
he came by daily until the day they knew I
was gone...this is no way to run a business,
but have my mother to bring back to coppell
after the new year....and she turned 80 on christmas
day...the property is in her name, with me as power
of attorney...

but would be happy to meet with you...
and believed contractor was not going
to start until you returned...Mike
believes you should recheck survey yourself..
if the stakes put down by the city and surveryor are
correct, then Alpine just built into our property...
because of the contractor statements...and his latino
background, believe it to be true...
