registered mail with return receipt.

7/27/09 — Notice letter was returned unclaimed.
7/31/09 — Called and number is no longer a working number.
8/3/09 — Mailed second notice letter to property address by regular mail.
8/5/09 — I went by Mr. Beas home to see it they lived there at this address. Mr. Beas had just called
while I was arriving at his house. He said they had been gone on vacation and just got back. I left
him the offer package for him to go over. He did briefly discuss the project. I told him I would be
on vacation next week and we would get together when I got back.
8/19/09 — Called Mr. Beas to check on the offer status. He has been very busy moving his
automotive shop. He said he would call me next week and we can get together to talk about the
project.
9/3/09 — Called Mr. Beas on his offer. He said he would call me on Tuesday September 8, 2009 to
set a time to discuss the offer.
9/23/09 — Follow up call. Mr. Beas will get back with me.
