Sandy Lake Road Reconstruction ST 99 -02 Parcel 5 —100 Oak Trail Permanent Right of Way Dear Mr. & Mrs. Beas: This letter is intended as a followup to a letter of August 5, 2009 concerning the widening of Sandy Lake Road. This letter also constitutes an offer from the City of Coppell to purchase property owned by you. Parcel 5 consists of variable width portion of the south side of the property located at 100 Oak Trail totaling 3,261 square feet, as described in the attached exhibits. This letter constitutes an offer from the City of Coppell for the acquisition of permanent Right of Way as follows: Parcel 5 1. Acquisition of Permanent Right of Way $26,251.05 (3,261 sf * $8.05 /sf — Tax Appraisal) Total: $26,251.05 In addition to the compensation listed above, the city will fund any necessary closing costs through Alliance Title. If the above offer is acceptable, please sign below and return to this office. Once the letter is received, the process for payment of the $26,251.05 can start. Once the check is available we will schedule the closing with the Title Company.
