I introduced myself, along with the project. I presented her the offer. She wanted her property staked to show how close the ROW Line would be to her house. I flagged her trees from the plans but told her the ones marked with double flags was a maybe as to how the sidewalk was built. She said she would evaluate the offer and get back with me. 9/21/09 — Mrs. Phillips called to see where we were with the project. I called Mrs. Phillips and talk to her and she said she was going to do some more research on property values. She said to give her a call around the first week of October.
