Parcel 6 consists of variable width portion of the south side of the property located at 101 Shadydale Lane totaling 2,768 square feet, as described in the attached exhibits. The city appreciates your willingness to work with us through this process, and we will continue to be available as issues arise during the construction phase of this project. This letter constitutes an offer from the City of Coppell for the acquisition of permanent Right of Way as follows: Parcel 6 1. Acquisition of Permanent Right of Way (2,768 sf * $8.05 /sf — Tax Appraisal) 2. Tree Mitigation (Tree Removal 4 trees at $500 each) $22,282.40 $2,000.00 Total: $24,282.40 In addition to the compensation listed above, the city will fund any necessary closing costs through Stewart Title. If the above offer is acceptable, please sign below and return to this office. Once the letter is received, the process for payment of the $24,282.40 can start.
