I finally got an email response from Brian at Capital One. He is asking me to resend documentation that was sent
to him previously. He is also asking for us to prepare the Servitude. I am checking on this with our attorney to
see if we can prepare this for Capital One to execute. Normally, a Partial Release of Lien is what we prepare.
