RE: Right-of-Way Acquisition for Widening of Sandy Lake Road, ST 99-028
Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter is in reference to the City of Coppell project for the widening of Sandy Lake Road
from Denton Tap to North Coppell Road. The design for expansion of the roadway is nearing
completion and the City has identified the right-of-way necessary for this project. Our records
indicate that a portion of the right-of-way needed is property owned by you.
The City of Coppell has hired an independent firm to design the improvements and perform the
negotiations for the purchase of the property. A representative from Teague NaIl and Perkins,
12160 Abrams Road, Dallas, TX, will be contacting you to begin negotiations for the purchase of
this tract of land. The contact person for this firm is Raymond Edmundson, and he can be
reached at their Fort Worth office at 817-665-8207. Raymond will present you with all the
information necessary for you to understand this process, and to make an informed decision on
how to proceed.

impact upon you from this acquisition which is necessary for improving our roads within the
City of Coppell.
