In acquiring a portion of your property located at 100 Shadydale Lane for the City, Teague Nall and Perkins follows a definite procedure for determining value of the land needed and for handling personal negotiations with each owner. 0 We believe at this stage of the purchase process it is mutually beneficial to confirm that based on our value determination, that the City of Coppell is authorized to offer you $15,459.00 for your property.
