Resending to Coppell address of property. 6/25/09 — Sent second notice letter. 7/31/09 — Called and left a message to set a time to present offer. 8/3/09 — Mr. Anderson called to talk about the project. He said we would try and meet the week of August 17th and discuss the offer. 8/26/09 — Met and presented offer to Mr. Anderson. His main concern was his zoning on his property after the acquisition. He plans on moving in two years and was concerned with the building set back hurting the sale of his house. 9/14/09 — Follow -up call. No answer. Left a message. 9/21/09 — Mr. Anderson returned my call. He reiterated his concern was not the money but the impact on his resale value after the take. He said if the City could reassure him that they wouldn't impose any new set backs and allow a commercial builder to build the same square footage homes that are being build to the North of him he would sign.
