Attached is a letter agreement between the City of Coppell and Mr. Robert Anderson for acquisition of a portion of his land
for use as "Permanent Right of Way" for Sandy Lake Road. As we discussed some time ago, the city would like to close this

parcels.

Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter is in response to Your eiriall of April 15, 2010. and constitutes an offer from
the City of Coppell to purchase property owned by you. Parcel 7 consists of a variable
width portion of the south side of the property located at 100 Shadydale Lane totaling
1,92 square feet, as described in the attached exhibits. The city appreciates your
willingness to work with us through this process, and we will continue to be available as
issues arise during the construction phase of the project.
This letter constitutes an offer from the City of Coppell for the acquisition of permanent
Right of Way as follows:

If the above offer is acceptable, please sign the letter where indicated below and return it
to this office. Once the letter is received, the process for payment of the $22,500.00 can
