8/20/09- I called Tony Wallace at 949 - 286 -7832. He told me Kelley Stewart in Coppell worked for

8/21/09- I called for Kelley Stewart (972) 615 -4427. She was out of the office but whomever (972-
615 -4047) I talked to said she would be in Wednesday 8/26/09. He said she was the proper person
to start with on the offer. (LE)
8/26/09- I called and talked to Kelley Stewart. She preferred me to mail the offer book to her at
Verizon, Attn Kelley Stewart, P.O.Box 152092, Dock E, Mailcode HQDOID76, Irving, Tx 75015.

9/3/09- I called and left a message with Kelley's voicemail. (LE)
9/4/09- I had a message from Kelley when I got to work this morning. She said she had not studied
the offers but noticed we had not compensated Verizon for moving the utilities in front of their
buildings. Raymond reminded me that we only pay if the utilities are on their property and if they
are in current right of way, they will have to move them at their expense. (LE)
9/11/09- I called and Left a message with Kelley. (LE)
9/15/09- Kelley returned my call. She said she had sent messages to Verizon for their input. We
discussed compensation for the utility lines. I reminded her they were responsible to pay for
moving the utilities in the right of way. She said she would get in touch with me as soon as she
heard from them. (LE)
9/24/09- I called and left a message with Kelley checking on the status of our agreement with
Verizon. (LE)
9/25/09- Kelley returned my call and left a message. She said she still had not heard anything from
Verizon. (LE)
10/5/09- I called Kelley and asked if she had heard anything from Verizon. She apologized and
said she did not know why she had not heard something from them. She said Randy Sheffman
with Verizon was the person responsible for determining if the offer was sufficient and he has not
gotten back with her. Kelley said she would call and try to get some feedback for us to report to
the City of Coppell at our meeting tomorrow. (LE)
