Keith – Attached are the documents as reviewed by our attorney. I am submitting the documentation for the
partial release of each of the four parcels to our legal group for submission to the Lender. I am told this
process may take as long as two weeks, so let’s cross our fingers and hope it is less time than that. The partial
release will provide clear title to the City. Thanks.

Please find the attached comments to the two (2) Sidewalk Easements and two (2) Permanent Rights of Way. I
spoke with Keith Marvin of the City of Coppell late last week, and he knows I will be providing comments to the
easement documents he provided.
I note that the LRF says the right of way land will need to be partially released from the indenture mortgage at
closing. This issue will need to be addressed before delivering the signed easements to the City of Coppell.
Have you made contact with Verizon's lender regarding this item?
