Sandy Lake Road) - Easements   Cherie,   Please find the attached comments to the two (2) Sidewalk Easements and two (2) Permanent Rights of Way.  I spoke with Keith Marvin of the City of Coppell late last week, and he knows I will be providing comments to the easement documents he provided.      I note that the LRF says the right of way land will need to be partially released from the indenture mortgage at closing.  This issue will need to be addressed before delivering the signed easements to the City of Coppell.  Have you made contact with Verizon's lender regarding this item?    Let me know if you have any questions.   Thanks, Chris     Christopher L.
