Thank you for sending me the documentation on the water heater repair you had done back in May, and your
description of the problem that preceded the work. I have discussed the timing and the nature of the repairs with our
construction inspector, and the contractor working on the Mockingbird project. I have also discussed the description of
the events leading up to the repairs with our building inspections department.
Based on the following facts, as I understand them, it appears to me that the failure of the water heater is not due to the
work taking place on Mockingbird Lane:

Thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. Here is the plumbing bill that I occurred do to the sand in my lines
that caused my water heater to be needed to be replaced.
I still have a lot of sand in several faucet filters.
I will be out of town next week until Friday so I'm in no big hurry.
