development of a fast food restaurant on approximately 0.92 acres of property
located along the west side of N. Denton Tap Road, approximately 135 feet
south of the S.H. 121 Bypass at the request of Rekha Engineering, Inc.

COMMENT STA TUS: ,"'PRELIMINARY
1. The proposed sanitary sewer system needs to be connected to the system provided to the
north and west of the proposed development.
2. The proposed relocation of existing irrigation water meters must be coordinated with the
Leisure Services Department.
3. A 10' right-of-way dedication needs to be provided along Denton Tap.
4. Remove topographic and utility information from the preliminary plat.
