1. Show the right-of-way width for Denton Tap Road.
2. Show the required 5' wide sidewalk along Demon Tap Road.
3. Denton Tap needs to be shown accurately including the center median.
4. Proposed trees cannot be located on top of the existing water line along Demon Tap.
5. The proposed monument sign cannot be located in the easement.
6. The drainage system needs to be designed for the 100-year storm.
