Attached herewith is an e�ecuted Construction Development Permit Application for the above referenced
project. We have also en losed seven sets of construction plans to receive your approval stamp. As you
requested, the side slopes of the channel excavation have been revise to show 2:1 slopes as a minimum.
The diversion dam details are subject to revision depending on their effect on 100 -year water surface levels.
An analysis of their effect will be provided to you by separate letter. We will not start construction of the
diversion dams until the 1�tter is submitted and we receive your approval.
