In response to your request, we have contacted Phil Deaton on
November 8, 1990 and he agreed to forward a written report on
Denton Creek.
Verbally, he said that they are doing construction work on the
bridge and they put sand bags in this creek. This caused the creek
to dry up, but that as soon as they completed this project, they
will remove the sand bags.
We should have a letter from Phil Deaton by November 15, 1990.
We would like to extend this tickler date to November 15, 1990,
unless otherwise directed.
