You received a letter from the Di trict engineer about one year ago (Mike Daniell
indicating that the upstream end of the C' v's double 7' by 4' box culvert located in the
abandoned Riverchase Drive right of waN was inoperable due to siltation. According to
the engineer, s most recent inspection, the culvert is in the same condition as per Mr.
Daniel's letter.
The District would again request hat the Citv take the necessary steps to remove
the silted material from the box culvert al your earliest convenience. If there are any
