SUBJECT: Revision Summary
We have addressed City of Coppell comments as follows:
GENERAL NOTES
• Sheet C1.00 Water Note#11 has been modified to direct the contractor to purchase the meter
from the City of Coppell.
• We acknowledge letter comment#2.
• Sheet C1.00 Water Note#25 has been modified to direct the contractor to the City of Coppell list
of approved devices.
PAVING PLAN
• The legend on sheet C2.01 has been modified as requested.
• A note directing the contractor to extend the irrigation sleeving has been added to sheet C2.02
• A note has been added to each median paving sheet directing the contractor to coordinate all
landscape and irrigation modifications with John Elias at the City of Coppell.
• A note directing the contractor to coordinate street lighting modifications with Oncor has been
added to sheet C2.02.
• We have included DFW/TxDOT reinforcing details for street paving work related to the median
modifications since the DFW/TxDOT Details are more stringent than the City of Coppell Details.
WATER PLAN
• The water main crossings of Bethel Road are shown to be constructed by other than open cut.
• The tap closest to Royal Lane has been moved to locate the tap beyond the median paving as
requested. The western-most tap cannot be shifted further west due to lease line restrictions.
• The 2-inch service connections have been modified to show saddle taps and corporation stops.

• Notes have been added directing the contractor to purchase meters from the City and detector
checks from the approved list.
WASTEWATER PLAN
• We have corrected the 8-inch stub location.
• The line segment from Sta 0+00 to Sta 0+44 has been identified.
TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN
• A note indication lane closure times has been added to each of the traffic control sheets.
PLAN SET MARK-UPS
• Sheet C2.02—A left turn lane sign has been added.
• Sheet C5.01 —An 8-inch valve has been added to the water service line between the DDC Vault
and the new 2-inch domestic water service.
Please let me know that these revised plans meet your requirements for approval and release of site work
construction. A separate memo outlines the responses to comments provided by DFW Airport.
