RE: Southern Belle Drive Reconstruction
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Hodges,
The City of Coppell is currently completing a design for the reconstruction of Southern Belle
Drive from Plantation Dr. to River Rd. During our analysis of the drainage in this area, it was
determined that two new inlets will need to be installed on River Road to accommodate storm
water runoff. Unfortunately, one of the inlets is to be placed in the curb line in front of your
house which would cause some of your landscape that is in the City right of way to be disturbed.
Our goal is to minimize the impact to you. I have attached a drawing that shows your property
and the location of the proposed inlet.

discuss our options.
