NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Mr. Caudill:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project on July
8, 2013. Three hundred sixty-five (365) Calendar Days were bid on this project for the
completion of work. Therefore, if work begins on July 8th, then the calendar days on the
project will expire on July 8, 2014. Your construction time will officially begin the day of
commencement or July 8th,whichever is first.
