Have you checked with your subs about their maintenance bonds? I know we must receive those prior to Engineering
issuing a final acceptance letter, but that may not have much to do with a temporary CO.

Since we only received the as-builts late on Thursday afternoon, I can safely say they probably have not been looked
at yet.

I don’t know what a 3 party energy inspection is, but I imagine it goes to the Building Inspections Dept.
The Streets Dept. punch list is on its way to me right now, will let you know ASAP if anything is left on it.
