Dear Tenant:
The Airport Board has retained the services of RCI Appraisal Company (RCI) to perform
appraisals for all facilities located on Airport property. The purpose of the appraisal is to
determine whether or not the Tenant's insured value of the improvements provides sufficient
protection for the Airport Board against loss. We would appreciate your cooperation with RCI
so they may complete the appraisals.
The appraisals have been scheduled for the month of April beginning April 4th. All work will be
completed on or before the end of the month.
