During the last Park Board Meeting, a request was made by the Soccer Associati0~n to construct a "Picnic
Shelter Type" smacture (see at~ached photocopy of shelter examples provided by the Soccer Association)
in Andrew Brown Community Park West, adjacent to the Copperstone Subdivision side of the Park (see
attached map). As this park is in the flood plain and you are the Flood Plain Administrator, this request is
subject to review by your office. Please review this request and forward your de6iaion to approve or deny
