Dear Mr. Davis:
On December 20, 1990 Conoco Pipe Line Company removed from active service its six inch
products pipeline between Greenville, Texas and Grapevine, Texas. Since that date the line
has been drained and purged with nitrogen which is being maintained at 200 psig. It is the
intent of Conoco Pipe Line Company to remove this line in its entirety as soon as all
necessary permits are received.
