The pictures are taken from the north looking back to the south. I think we have two options. The preferred option would be to lower the swale between Lots 2 & 3 of Block A of the Chateaus of Coppell. On the grading plan, I came up a little steeper than we needed to from the ROW to the front building line (0.7'). We could lower that to only be 0.3' and then we could shave another tenth or two down the side yard. This would gain us a half a foot. The other option would be to utilize the existing 24" storm sewer pipe to place a plastic yard drain and create a low area in the back yards (which is not desirable).
