Attached are the back yard pictures of the home in the Summit of the Springs that is immediately to the west of your
model home. The pictures are taken from the north looking back to the south. I think we have two options. The
preferred option would be to lower the swale between Lots 2 & 3 of Block A of the Chateaus of Coppell. On the grading
plan, I came up a little steeper than we needed to from the ROW to the front building line (0.7'). We could lower that to
only be 0.3'
and then we could shave another tenth or two down the side yard. This would gain us a half a foot. The other option
would be to utilize the existing 24" storm sewer pipe to place a plastic yard drain and create a low area in the back yards
(which is not desirable). Please let me know how this turns out. I have attached a copy of the grading plan for you to
reference.

Please find attached photos of flooding in my back yard now due to Chateaus of Coppell construction. I'm not for sure
what the answer is but I think this probably needs to be addressed as the run-off is obviously going the wrong way.
