Subject: Landscape Berm Buffer
As part of the feud inspection walk through, one of the sene~al notes was that Rodrmm is
to fine grade the berms ea~ of the parkin~ lot, to create a smooth rounded transition from
the top of slope to the side slopes. Today, usin8 a motor grader, we performed this taak.
The top elevation of the berm remained unchanged. The top edses were rounded to
create a surface which is easily mowed. Excess dirt generated by this task was spread out
along the east side of the berms both to the north end and the south end to blend with
existing surfaces.
