Preliminary Plat Comments:
1. Show the sanitary sewer easement on the west side of Denton Tap Road across this
property.
2. An offsite access easement will be required for the construction of the common
driveway to the south of this site.
3. A minimum floor elevation of 2 feet above the existing floodplain elevation or 1 foot
above the ultimate floodplain elevation should be provided on the face of the plat.
4. The ownership of the property to the north should be provided. Does Andrew
Brown Park West abut to this property?
5. Provide floodplain administrator signature block.
