PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SURVEYINO SERVICES
PROPOSED SERVICE:
1. Construction staking Andrew Brown Jr- Park, parking improvements ono~ for rough cuts
and once for final paving.
2- Construction staking 164 feet of storm sewer.
3. City to furnish us with coordinate control for parking area and paving grade information.
COMPENSATION:
I proposed to furnish the above-described services for a f~ of:
a. Rough cuts $ 800.00
b. Final paving $1050.00
c. Storm sewer $ 260.00
