Schedule Issues
10. *Regarding work phasing, the City needs specilics in writing from Ed Bell pertaining to
traffic flow and scheduling. Before road closures can occur, City internal effi, rts would need
to take place in the way of Council approval.
! l. There are no ch~mges to the project schedule.
12. Work expected in thc next month includes tree marking and removal, fence relocations and
property owner contacts by Ed Bell, utility relocations, and box culvert construction, il'
approved by City.
13. Ed Bell and Coppell Construction wish to construct the box culvert, as soon ms possible. *Ed
Bell will establish in writing how this activity will occur.
14. Traffic is a large City and resident concern with this project. GTE, the apartment complex,
several subdivisions, sanitation trucks, school buses, and emergency vehicles use this road
regularly. Accessibility is a sensitive issue.
15. 'I'ratT~c plans will have to be approved by City. Road closure will have to be approved by
council.. A major selling point wig be ease and speed in construction.
16. *Bell will provide the City with traffic options :for their review in a timely manet.
17. The City urges Bell to consider precast boxes across the roadway, to hasten construction.
