Dear Mr. Young:
Attached for ~;our review is our revised construction schedule for the referenced project. As
reflected by the schedule and based upon significant guidance from the City, it is our intent to
pursue the project in the following phases:
Phase 1: Full width construction from SH 121 to The Mansions entrance.
Phase 2: Construction of the western half of the project south of The Mansions entrance.
Phase 3: Construction of the eastern half of the project south of The Mansions entrance.
The traffic control plan for phases 2 and 3 were submitted several months ago; however, the City
has not provided our office with a decision regarding completion of the project south of the
Mansions. It is our intent to "crash" this schedule when phase 1 has been completed and the box
culvert has been completed to the point where EBCC can begin phase 2 of the project.
