Surplus Property/Equipment
Regarding your request for a listing of surplus property for the
auction, I am still waiting for the list from several Public Works
divisions. If it is not too late I will submit the list to your
office by May 25, 1990.
The West Service Center is maintained by Public Works and is
responsible for its condition, etc. Therefore, please provide me
with a schedule as to when you plan on holding the auction and what
that will entail. We will help where possible.
I would request that in the future all matters regarding this
facility be addressed directly to me and if I am not available,
forward to the Administrative Secretary. Thank you for your
cooperation.
Those divisions who are copied below haven't submitted their list
to the Director regarding the above reference in order that it may
be reviewed before submittal to Purchasing. By noon Friday your
division's list must be submitted in the proper form to my office.
