*Note: Grouting for anchor 1BD was completed while adjacent anchor 1 BE was still being drilled.Few minutes after
grouting completion of anchor 1BD,the drilling crew encountered fresh grout within anchor hole 1BE at a
depth of approximately 21'.The grout level in hole 1BD subsided at that time.Gregario of ARK Construction
indicated that the shale likely had crack(s)which caused movement of fresh grout from hole 1BD to 1BE.
Hole 1 BE was cleaned of the fresh grout and drilling was completed to the required 25'depth.After grouting
hole 1BE,the crew members re-grouted hole 1BD.
