Lock at Gate; West Service Center

It is has been brought to my attention by the Street Superintendent
that on two separate occasions Public Works was denied access to
the West Service Center facility due to improper locking of the
chain by either the Purchasing Department or Fire Department.
Please instruct your staff to ensure these locks are properly
secured to avoid future problems which deny entry to this facility.
Additionally, let me take this opportunity to advise you that if
outdoor storage is required at this facility to please coordinate
this through Public Works personnel as they are currently
responsible for the maintenance of this facility.
Your cooperation and assistance in these matters will be
appreciated.
