Jones July 30, 2013 Binkley&Barfield Consulting Engineers 1801 Gateway Blvd, Suite 101 Richardson, TX 75080 RE: Cypress Waters Lot 2 Block H-Dividend Dr Tie In Construction Plan Review Comments—2nd Submittal The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1) Striping—Use paint or tape (yellow)for median/directional divider and 3M Series 290 Buttons for lane dividers (white). 2) This approval is for facilities located in the City of Coppell only. Please make the necessary changes and submit final plans. The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should submit as many additional sets for stamping as is necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of Coppell along with a copy of the City's standard construction details. All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 4% fee for all installations in the public right-of-way or easement for facilities to be maintained by the City. This includes dirt work,paving, storm drains,water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc. A check for inspection fees made to the City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with the Construction Development Permit Application and a copy of the Construction Site Notice. For your convenience, a spreadsheet is attached to the permit application for use in calculating the inspection fees (Page 3). A copy of the contract(s) should be attached for verification purposes.
